Somewhere along the line
I lost myself. I was not fully aware of how much until I broke
off a piece of Tastefully Simple Bountiful Beer Bread at a home
show and felt a glorious coming home.
Yes,
it sounds odd. But looking back at the loss of myself and the
loss of balance in my life, I needed something for me. This loss
of balance had not been an intentional moving away, rather over
time I had simply become devoted to other things. Those things
were seemingly more pressing because they impacted
life financially and personally, so those became the priorities,
and I placed them above myself. Before I knew it, I had no more
balance or time for the things that truly fueled me.
All of that changed when
I broke off that piece of bread. I had always been a skeptic of
direct selling. My thinking was that all of the success enjoyed
by such consultants had already “been done”. I certainly could
not have known about all of the wondrous and awesome ways in
which this business would bring me back to myself since I had
preconceived notions that were dead wrong!

After tasting the beer
bread, I felt a surge of realization that I could enjoy baking
and cooking again by becoming a customer since the gourmet ready
to enjoy treats and easy to prepare mixes would enable faster
meal preparation without sacrificing taste. But by day’s end at
that home show I started to see the bigger picture – that
Tastefully Simple could not only revive my love of cooking, but
also bring back personal joys, fulfillment and balance in other
areas of my life through consultancy.

All I can say is that I found myself again and I am so glad that
